The Authorization Centre shows all the user overrides performed in the system (pricing rules, shipment, etc.). It will display the kind of override, who it is was done by, any notes that were recorded, and the date of the override – among other information.
- This is handy for tracing and investigating an authorization that took place in the system.
- The data can be filtered out on the basis of Transaction Type.
- If you want to drill down into each transaction you can double click on the line and another window will pop up with more details.
