Please note that voiding a Purchase Order will permanently delete it from the system. There will be no trace of it once voided.
Note: You cannot void a Purchase Order that is Partially Received or Received.
To Void a Purchase Order:
- Navigate to Purchase → Purchase Order → Purchase Order Centre.
- Look up the order you wish to void. Use ‘Advanced Search’ if need be.
- Right-click on the Order and click on ‘Edit in new window’.
- Click on ‘Options’ on the top right corner of the page.
- From the Options menu, click on void.
