In Xoro, we have the ability to Apply Images to the SKUs. This can be achieved in several ways:
- Batch Image upload using the Batch upload Product module
- Single Image Upload using the Item Centre
- Multiple Images Upload through Product Centre Module
- Batch Image upload using the Batch Upload Item Images module
Initially, during the Onboarding to Xoro, when you bring in the SKUs/Products into Xoro the Images can be attached by filling in the “Image Path” Column in the upload file. For details refer to the steps mentioned below:

- Pull up the “Upload Products” or “Upload Items” module (depending on whether or not you have variants enabled).
- Download “Master Data File”.
- Fill the “Image Path” Column in the file. Here you need to add the open URL of the image.
- Then save the file.
- Browse it.
- Then click on the Upload.
Alternatively, you can log in a Ticket for this and we will upload the images from the backend.
This will be done separately through the “Upload Item Images module”.
For this, you need to send us the images.
Please note that the Image name should be the same as the Item name defined in the Item Centre of Xoro.We will be first uploading the images on our server and then copy-paste the image Url against the respective images in the upload image file.
These images will then be seen for SKUs throughout the system on various reports, in Centres, some modules, and many pdf printouts.
In case you have a new Item added in Xoro, to add an Image to it, follow the steps below:
- Pull up the “Item Centre” module from the Search menu.
- Right-click on the item for which you want to update the image.
- “Edit in the new window”.
- Select the “Other Attributes” tab and click on “Choose Image”.
- Click on the “Open folder” icon and select the image.
- Select the image.
- Then click on “Select”.
- Then save it.
To Upload Item Image(s) from the Product Centre (If Variants are enabled for your Instance), follow the steps as mentioned below:
1) Navigate to the Product Centre from the Search Menu in Xoro.
2) Search for the Base Part and double click to open up the Product details in a separate window.
3) System will take you to the edit screen of the Product. Scroll to the Product Description Section available at the bottom of the screen. You will find a small image icon.
You may directly Drag & Drop the Image(s) in this “Product Description” box.
Another way is to click on the “Image Icon”.
4) System prompts to select the Image. Click on the “Choose Files” button and select the Image after that push the insert image button.
Hit “Save”.
Note: You can choose multiple images at a time.
5) You will be able to see the image at the bottom of the Product Description. The Image is now uploaded into the Product, and we need to connect it with the items.
6) In the options tab above, click on Apply images.
7) A new screen will open up. Just click on the image and select the Items on which you want to apply the image.
Click on”Apply”.
8) System shows you the success message for the upload.
9) To see the images applied to go to the Item Centre. Enable the Image column and search by the item number/Base Part.
In case you want to batch upload images in the system.
If you wish to batch upload Images to the respective Items that are added to the system the best way would be to upload the Images via the “Upload Item Images module”.
This will have to be done from our side. If required, you can log in a Ticket for this and we will upload the images from the backend.
For this, you need to send us the images. Kindly create a ticket in Xoro to begin this process.
We will be first uploading the images on our server and then copy-paste the image Url against the respective images in the upload image file (See the screenshot above).
Default Product Preview: Y/N, if “Y” is filled in, the Item will by default show the Image applied to it in the Item Preview, especially in the B2B module.
To see the images applied to go to the Item Centre. Enable the Image column and search by the item number/Base Part.
