In the “Sales Forecast” tab of the create Item module, a prediction/target can be set for a particular Year, under a given Month for the quantity of the Item to be sold

•  The Year dropdown is also a filter used to refresh the values in the table

•  By default, the Current Year will be selected and the related records in the table will be shown for that year.
•  Also added save tab on item subview and given editable year filter to the table on that basis.
