In the Shopify App Setting in Xoro a new setting is introduced: Enable ASN for Return. 

The setting “Enable ASN for Return” will generate Credit Memo(s) with type “Warehouse” and item(s) can be returned by using ASNs.

• In normal scenarios, when this setting “Enable ASN for Return” is OFF, while creating a Return in Shopify an Invoice Credit Memo of  Direct Type Return is generated and is Refunded.
• The Inventory will rest in Xorosoft under the “Not Available” location. It can be made available by following the steps here.

Now, if the setting “Enable ASN for Return” is ON, 

• While creating a Return in Shopify an Invoice Credit Memo of  Warehouse Type Return is generated and will be Refunded.

• There will be a linked ASN with the ICM that can be Received in order to Put the Inventory back in the Available Location.
