Creating a Product
A product represents a particular style or parent of an item(s). A product in Xoro can be created through the ‘Product’ module.
Product Fields
- Base Part Number – An alphanumeric unique number for your product.
- Category – Category of the product created via the ‘Product Category’ module.
- Title – Title or description for the product.
- Option 1 – Option 1 of the product created via the ‘Product Option’ module. This will be a Colour for apparel products.
- Values for Option 1
- Option 2 – Option 2 of the product created via the ‘Product Option’ module. This will be the Size for apparel products.
- Values for Option 2
- Option 3 – Option 3 of the product created via the ‘Product Option’ module.
- Values for Option 3
- Product Description – A brief description of the product.
- You can also add product images here by dragging and dropping.
Product Matrix Generator
Product Matrix Generator is a module designed to create variants of a product, using all possible combinations of option values.
To create variants:
- Navigate to Admin → Product → Product Matrix Generator.
- Select the base product and click on ‘List Variants’.
- This will list all the possible permutations of options of the product, both created variants, and potential variants.

- If the variants are not yet created, select the ones you would like to create and click Create/Update(selected).
- The column values can also be updated by clicking on them or copied across or down by right-clicking on them.
- IF there are fields not there on the product matrix you can add them by clicking on the 9 little squares below. Then once you have all your fields on the screen click the save icon to the left of the 9 little squares
