In the B2B section, the showroom is a space that used to display products for sales, such as appliances or apparel. It defines stores, currencies, and users who have a view or edit access for the showroom. In addition, a new presentation will display the same products that are defined in the Showroom.
To create a showroom, follow the steps below:
- Pull up the “Showroom Centre” using the Search Menu.
- Click on the “Create New” button.
- Enter the name, description, stores, default store, currencies as well as default currency from the “Primary” tab.
- Add users to the showroom from the “Team” tab.
- Add products to the showroom from the “Products” tab. Moreover, the advance search option can be used to find products.
- Then Click on “Save”.
Showroom Fields:
Primary
- Name: Enter the showroom’s name and this name is used while making a new presentation.
- Description: Enter the description that defines the variants of products.
- Stores: Select one or more stores from the list for the showroom and only these stores will be reflected in the presentation.
- Default store: Select the default store from the list which will be selected in the presentation when no store is selected.
- Currencies: Select one or more currencies for the showroom and only these currencies will be available in the presentation.
- Default currency: Select the default currency for the showroom which will be selected in the presentation when no store is selected.
Team
- Add users: Click on the “Add User” button to add a user such as Sales Rep, Accounting or Administrator from the list who can Edit/View the showroom and you can also delete the added user by clicking the remove button at button.
Products
- Add products: Check the check-boxes which are on the left side of the products and click on the “Right Arrow” icon to add products to the showroom.
