The Branding Module
In Xoro we have the ability to add the Company’s “Logo” as well as the Branding Image at the time of Logging into the applications (Xoro One/ERP & Customer’s Portal).
To set up Branding and the Login Images navigate to the module called “Branding”.
Under this module, you can setup images for the following applications:-
- Xoro One/ERP (Xoro Login Page)
- Xoro B2B (B2B Customer Portal login Page)
Follow the below-mentioned steps to add the Login Image(s):
- Navigate to the “Branding” module by searching from the “Search Menu”.
- Upload the Login Image.
- Please Note: Xoro supports Gif, png, jpg, jpeg file formats for uploading the pictures.
- You can upload multiple images and they will be displayed at different times of logging in to the ERP/Customer Portal Login Page.
Also, the Customer Portal Login Image can be applied from the “Customer Portal” tab on the same page.
Adding Company Logo: Xoro ERP & the Customer Portal
The Company logo can be added to the B2B Customer Portal and to the Xoro One ERP page.
The added Company’s logo will be displayed along with the Xorosoft logo.
The Company logo can be added from the Company info page.
To add/update the Company logo, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the “Company Info” module.
- At the right bottom of the page, there is the option to upload the Company logo.
- Upload the Image and hit “Ok”.
- Uploading it will add the Company’s logo to the B2B’s Customer Portal.
This logo can be removed and updated anytime if needed.
Follow the same steps above to change the logo.
To remove, click on the “cross” icon below the added logo on the Company Info page.
Hit “Ok” and the logo shall be removed.
