1. Sales Order Module: Linked MO, PO, and Credits can be viewed from the Options dropdown
- Added “Show Manufacture Order(s)”, “Show Credit(s)”, and “Show Purchase Order(s)” in the Options dropdown of the Sales Order. This option is available under the Reporting dropdown.
- When clicked it will take to the respective Centre and show the linked MOs, Credits, or Purchase Orders.
- These options are also available in the SO Centre.
- Added New column Linked Sales Order in Purchase Order Centre.
- This will show the linked Sales Order with the Purchase Order.
2. Item module: Added new account Income Return Account
- Added the “Income Return Account” field in the Item module.
- This field is added in the Account tab of the Item module.
- The “Income Return Account” is also added to the Product Matrix Generator module.
- Also added in the Item upload file and API(Create/Update).
Note: Income return account must be of primary type – Income
3. Manufacturing Order enhancement: Ability to create BOM revisions without a Date Range
- The users can create BOM revisions with an empty date range.
- For this purpose, added an App Config setting “Create BOM revisions with empty date range” under the manufacturing tab in the App Config module.
- If this setting is enabled then the user will be able to create revisions with an empty date range
- The user can also create revisions with the same date range.
Consider the following examples for different scenarios:
- If the user-created 5 revisions for BOM without any date range then the last created revision will be used automatically.0
- If the user-created 5 revisions have the same date range then the last created revision will be used.
- If the user-created 5 revisions and 2 have the same date range then out of 2 the last created revision will be used.
- If the user-created 5 revisions and 2 have a date range and the date range is not between the current date then out of empty revisions date last created revision will be used.
4. Issue Fixed: Prefix “#” is accepted for Item Number in Uploads
There was an issue while uploading Items in the system, that if the user adds “#” in front of the Item number it won’t upload that line. This issue has been fixed
The same issue has been fixed in the following uploads:
- Upload Items/Products
- Upload Inventory
- Upload Location
5. Added new column “ASN Number” in the Purchase Order Centre
- Added new column ASN Numbers in the Purchase Order Centre (Detail Level)
- Create a Purchase Order, Release the Order, and create ASN. This ASN Number will be shown in the Purchase Order Centre Detail Under the “ASN Numbers” column.
6. Commission Report: Added Qty column in the Commission Report subform
In the Commission Report Centre, a new column is added to display the qty of the Items.
How does it work?
- Go to the Run Commission module.
- Make a Commission Report.
- Open that Commission Report by double-clicking on the Commission Report in the Commission Report Centre.
- Open the subform. Here added the Qty column in the Commission Report, that shows the qty of the Item.
7. Email Template: Added Placeholders

8. Added Exempt Tax support in the Customer Upload File, and API
Introduced Customer-specific SalesTax Exempt options for the following:
- BC PST: British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST)
- SK PST: Saskatchewan Provincial Sales Tax (PST); Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is a retail sales tax that applies when taxable goods or services are purchased, acquired, or brought into different Provinces of Canada.
- MB RST: Manitoba Retail Sales Tax; The Retail Sales Tax (RST) is a tax applied to the retail sale or rental of most goods and certain services in Manitoba.
- QB QST: The Québec Sales Tax; Provincial level sales tax is typically referred to as PST or as QST in the case in Quebec.
How does it work?
- Create Customer from the Customer Upload module or through API.
- Under the Sales Tax tab of the Customer module, the following tax exemptions will be updated through API & Upload.
- Is Customer BC PST Exempt?
- Is Customer SK PST Exempt?
- Is Customer MB RST Exempt?
- Is Customer QB QST Exempt?
- These columns are also added to the Customer Upload File.
- This will be only applicable if the following conditions are met:
- The Home currency of the Customer is CAD,
- The “Calculate Taxes based on Address” App Config is on,
- The “Auto Create New Customers” App Config is on.
